Welcome to Duo. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Duo application and services provided by Duo Tracker App. By using the app, you agree to comply with these Terms.
By accessing or using Duo, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You confirm that you are at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you choose to share and for whom you choose to connect with within the app.
Duo allows users to connect with a partner account and share selected information.
By connecting with another user, you consent to approved shared data such as moments, dates, distance metrics, and profile details being visible to your connected partner.
Either user may disconnect at any time. Upon disconnection, future data will no longer be shared.
Duo Tracker App is not responsible for disputes, misunderstandings, or conflicts between connected users.
If you enable location permissions, Duo may access precise or background location data to provide map and distance features. You may disable location access at any time in your device settings.
Location access is controlled entirely by the user through iOS system permissions.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies in GPS or device-reported location data.
Duo may offer optional paid subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies.
By making in-app purchases, you consent to our sharing of limited data regarding your usage and interaction with purchased features with Apple for the purpose of evaluating refund requests. This data is shared only as necessary and in compliance with Apple's policies.
All content, trademarks, design elements, software, and intellectual property within Duo are owned by or licensed to Duo Tracker App. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content without prior written consent.
You agree not to:
Violation may result in suspension or termination.
Duo is a relationship tracking and journaling tool. It does not provide counseling, guarantee relationship success, ensure compatibility, or prevent disputes.
You acknowledge that relationship outcomes are independent of the app's functionality. Duo Tracker App is not responsible for emotional, relational, or personal outcomes resulting from use of the app.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duo Tracker App is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, emotional, or relational damages arising from your use of the app.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the app, if any, within the previous 12 months.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Duo after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Duo Tracker App operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
